Is this an immigration or legal advisory service?
The Resident Suite provides practical and administrative coordination. Regulated legal, tax, financial and other specialist advice is provided separately by appropriately qualified professionals.
Is this the same as Soft Landing?
No. Soft Landing helps you establish your life during the initial relocation period. The Resident Suite provides defined ongoing support once you are living in Spain.
Do I need to use a new client portal?
No. The Expat Suite already has a private client workspace. We continue using that existing environment for relevant client communication and coordination.
Can my household be included?
Yes, where appropriate. We agree on the people covered and the scope of support before engagement.
Do you offer monthly plans?
Ongoing arrangements are available subject to suitability, scope and a written service agreement. Fees are confirmed before you commit.
