Privacy Policy

This page is a plain-language summary of our data practices, not a substitute for legal advice. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and should be before you rely on it for full regulatory compliance (GDPR, LOPDGDD or otherwise).

Who we are

The Expat Suite, led by Claudia Miralles Berna, is the data controller for the information described on this page. You can reach us at hello@theexpatsuite.com.

What we collect

We collect information in two ways:

  • Information you give us directly — when you submit the Growth Hub partner application form (name, email, phone, organization, and what you tell us about your track and offering), or when you book a call through Calendly.
  • The Spain Blueprint quiz runs entirely in your browser — your answers are never sent to us or stored anywhere unless you separately book a call.
  • Usage data, only if you accept analytics cookies (see below) — which pages you visit and how you got here, via Google Analytics.

Cookies & analytics

We use two categories of cookies/local storage:

  • Necessary — remembering your cookie choice itself, and whether you've dismissed the availability banner. These are small values stored in your browser (localStorage), not shared with anyone, and always active since the site can't function sensibly without them.
  • Analytics (Google Analytics) — only loaded if you click Accept on the cookie banner. It helps us understand which pages are useful. If you click Decline, Google Analytics is never loaded on your device. You can change your mind at any time using the button below.

Third-party services

Some parts of the site hand off to services we don't control, each with its own privacy policy:

  • Calendly — booking calls (opens in a new tab).
  • Resend — delivers the Growth Hub application form's email; your submission is sent to our reviewers and is not stored in a database.
  • LinkedIn — our newsletter is hosted as a LinkedIn Newsletter.
  • Google Analytics — only after you accept cookies, as above.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export the personal data we hold about you, or object to how we use it. Email hello@theexpatsuite.com and we'll respond as quickly as we can.

Changes to this policy

If how we handle data changes meaningfully, we'll update this page and the "last updated" date above.
